Ordering and Payment
Ordering is done via our website. Payment can be made via the payment options available on the website. All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) incl. VAT.
Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt, provided that all items are in stock. However, during holiday periods or busy periods, longer delivery times may occur. We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays. If your items have not arrived within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact SPS Foods by sending an e-mail to: info@spsfoods.dk.
Remember to include your order number when contacting us regarding delayed or non-delivery.
If the package is returned to us due to an address error or if the recipient does not pick up the package, the shipping company will charge return shipping corresponding to the weight of the package. This fee will be charged from the reserved amount for the order, and we reserve the right to increase the reserved amount by the actual fee charged by the shipping company. If you would like an invoice for the fee charged, please contact us at info@spsfoods.dk.
The delivery time for private customers is only considered to be valid from the time the goods are in the physical possession of the buyer, in accordance with the provisions of the Danish Sales Act.
In the event that you enter an incorrect delivery address and the package is therefore redirected to another address by the shipping company, you will be charged the fee that the shipping company imposes for the redirection.
If you have chosen to pick up your order from SPS Foods, it must be picked up no later than 3 days after receiving notification that the package is ready for collection. If the order is not picked up within 3 days, it will be cancelled.
All prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT unless otherwise specified. The total price of your order is displayed and this is the amount you will pay.

There is no right of withdrawal or return for food and other household goods.
For other goods, if you regret your purchase via this online shop, you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. You can return the goods at your own expense to the address given below.
Before returning the goods, please inform us by sending an e-mail to SPS Foods. We would also like to receive a reason for why you have chosen to cancel the purchase. Once we have received the returned goods, we will refund your payment for the goods (excluding shipping costs), provided that the goods are returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as they were received.
The right of withdrawal is void if the product has suffered damage as a result of improper use. In order for the product to be returned, it must be in a condition that allows it to be sold at a normal price. The product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and in a saleable condition. This means that the return and exercise of the right of withdrawal is only possible if the product is returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as when received. The right of withdrawal therefore lapses if the product has been used in a way that clearly reduces its value significantly.
Since the original packaging is essential for certain products to be resold, the product will not be considered returned in substantially the same condition and quantity if the packaging is missing. Protective packaging or foil must not be broken. We therefore encourage you to keep the packaging or refrain from opening it until you are absolutely sure that you want to keep the product.
As a general rule, you can only complain about defects that become apparent within two years of the date you received the goods. If the goods are defective, you are welcome to submit a written complaint to SPS Foods. The complaint must be submitted within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. For goods with a limited shelf life, the right to complain follows the natural shelf life of the goods. Please describe the defect and state what you want to be done about it.
If the defect occurs or becomes apparent within the first three months (90 days) after delivery, it is assumed that the defect was also present at the time of delivery. In this case, we will repair the defect free of charge and return the repaired goods and refund any transport costs that you may have incurred.
On the other hand, if the defect occurs within the remaining 21 months, it is generally you who must prove that the defect was already present at the time of delivery.
In the event of a complaint, please return the item, preferably in its original packaging, to our sales department at the address stated below. A copy of the invoice and a description of the defect must be enclosed.
The right of complaint lapses if the product has been damaged as a result of incorrect use.
If it turns out that the item is not defective, or that the defect cannot be confirmed based on the customer’s description of the defect, the item will be returned to the customer. In that case, the customer will be invoiced a fee of DKK 300 incl. VAT to cover handling. In addition, postage and cash on delivery fees corresponding to the weight of the item will be invoiced.
In the event that a defect is found, the item will be repaired or exchanged and sent back to the customer without delivery costs.
