Delivery Days & Order Cut-off
- Wednesday: 17:00 – 20:00 (Order cut-off: Wednesday 16:00)
- Sunday: 17:00 – 20:00 (Order cut-off: Wednesday 16:00)
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver only within Greater Copenhagen.
Delivery Charges
- Free delivery on orders above 399 DKK
- 59 DKK delivery fee for orders below 398 DKK
Delivery Process & Terms
- Doorstep delivery means drop-off at the parking area or main entrance (ground floor).
- Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the designated location.
- Delivery to upper floors is available for an additional 59 DKK.
Important Notes
- If no one is available at the time of delivery, the order may be rescheduled, and additional charges may apply.
- We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions.
